There are a couple of online resources to help you gauge an approximate trade-in value. Our trade tool above is perhaps the most convenient option. It factors in location, trim level, add-ons, and the number of kilometers to give you an approximate trade-in value. However, keep in mind this is only applicable if your vehicle is a 2001 model or newer. For older models, VMR Canada will go back as far as 1983 and will factor in trim level and add-ons, but not location, number of kilometers, or the price of your replacement vehicle.
